NO
there is an obvious difference of 1" in rim size to start with
17 inch rim back to 16 inch rim
if you have not bothered to read your post before you sent it and meant the rim size to be both 17 inch rim then YES it will fit
to understand rim sizing
it works like this rims are categorized in the width between flanges
so it is 5 1/5, 6 6 1/2 7 ---8--9--10--12 etc
most standard rims are now 6 1/2" so a range of tires that start at 185 through to 215 may be even 220 will fit that rim width
it shows as the tire wall bulged out as in 215 on a 6 inch rim or sitting straight up as in 195 on a 7 inch rim
next the tire profile is measured as the second lot of numbers
so 90 down to 25 is the profile height of the side wall of the tire
so something with a 90 profile is like a balloon tire where as a 25 looks like the rim is almost on the road
next is the rim size and that is mostly whole numbers for cars which start at 10 inch through to 20 inch for cars , with trucks starting at 16 inch through to 22.5 inch for heavy vehicles
now that you have some idea as to the designation on the side walls of tires you can understand why a 17 inch tire will not fit on a 16 inch rim

Hi I have a 1983 renault 5ts that I build up can you please tell me what the tappet clearance should be?

Adjust intake valves to .008" (.20mm) and exhaust valves to .010" (.25mm) for the R16 engine. For the R17 engine the clearance is the same with the exception for the Gordini engine. On that one you adjust the exhaust valve to .012" (.30mm) https://www.6ya.com/callphilipforhelp

I have a 2001 pt cruiser needs rims and tires size on it now are235/45/R17 size on chart inside driver door is 195/65/R15 or 205/55/R16 not sure which size to buy please help thankyou

The number after the r is the rim size. According to your post you have 17 inch rims. Stock rims were 15 inches or optional 16 inches. Unless you are putting a different size rim on then you need a17 inch tie to fit your current rim

I changed 1 of my valve sensor so i need to no how to reset the tpms light

By operating the tire pressure warning reset switch, the tire pressure warning ECU can be set to issue a warning at an inflation pressure that corresponds to the standard pressure of tires .Therefore, you must set the warning threshold to the proper value in order to comply with the local regulations .Operate the tire pressure warning reset switch only after the inflation pressures of all tires have been adjusted on the vehicle. To initialize the system, press and hold the tire pres- sure warning reset switch for 3 seconds or longer with the ignition switch in the ON position. When the system receives the
initialization signal, the warning light blinks 3 times (1 second on, 1 second off). During initialization, the tire pressure warning valve and transmitter measures the inflation pres sure of the tire, and registers the signals that are transmitted into the tire pressure warning ECU at a frequency of once per minute. The initialization process is completed when signals from all the tires have been received. It takes a few minutes .

Will 265/75 r16 tires fit on 2000 chevy silverado

Well I would say yes if it is the new body style and 4x4.Even 2WD you may have to turn up the torsion bars then get the front end aligned. The rims don't matter how tall just wide.I have 2002 4x4 1500 with that size, but not sure what was stock on mine.I also installed the after market torsion keys that will allow for up to 33"tires.Well hope this helps and good luck.
