location is on left side (drivers ) the knee booster under steering column its tucked up inside the relay fuse center should be on the inside towards steering column, its a unit that combos flashers and turn signals
You should have a diagram or at least a description in your owners book. But if not, open the cover for the fuse box under the dash near the steering column inside the passenger compartment. Inside the cover there should be a locator diagram embossed on the cover. A heater fuse may be about a 30 Amp.
you have a fuse/relay box under the hood. lift the cover off box and look inside cover for correct fuse/relay. there is another fuse/relay panel under the dash to the left side of steering column. to access this panel u will need to remove the lower steering column cover and kneepad. hope this will help you in finding the problem.
Fuse panel is located behind the instrument panel to the left of the steering column. There is also a fuse panel located on the left side of the engine compartment. Fuses #25 and #27 on the interior fuse panel are both associated with the turn signals.
I hope this helps you!
The fuse block on most models covered by this manual is located under
the instrument panel to the left of the steering column. The fuse block
should be visible from underneath the steering column, near the pedal
bracket. If the panel is not visible, check for a removable compartment
door or trim panel which may used on later models to hide the block.

Make sure the dash lights aren't turned down first of all. I know that sounds basic, but I've seen it happen before. Believe the twist is near the knob to adjust the steering wheel which is lower steering column left hand side. Otherwise, I would check fuses to be sure. finally, the last thing I would do it pull the gauge cluster and check connections as well as bulbs.
