It really sounds like an ignition problem. Cranks but doesn't ignite. I figure you checked all the fusible links and fuses but it might be related to the radio and clock. If there are issues in the instrument cluster, it might not allow your truck to start due to a security precaution like an ignition kill switch, etc. that might be on the same fuse. I would also make sure I've got a good spark going into the cylinder following the old Air/Fuel/Spark rules. If not, that tells you where to start looking next.

Sounds like a problem with your differential. The pinion bearing may be failing and the pinion is moving in and out on acceleration and deceleration. Check for oil leak and movement in the pinion shaft and also for backlash in the differential carrier

a key might be the brake pedal. if it goes to the floor easily it is not connected to MC or MC isn't functioning or there is a massive leak. If it goes to the floor with resistance than there is still air in the lines. If it drops 1-2 inches and stops hard than look at the brakes to see if they r moving. could be an obstruction in the line.

This is old; you've probably already fixed it. Starter relay, battery, and battery cables/terminals are all suspects.

Hello, According to specs. it takes 4.1 qts to fill, soo buy 5 qts. a little extra too use when needed.

I suspect the head gasket, if the gasket is not torque the right lbs chances are oil getting in the cyclinders. Also see how often u need to refill the coolant, if u refill it every one week or two u need to check it out. Other things cause the oil burn is the cyclinders rings size not correct, valve stem guide got wore out cause oil leak in cyclinders. Take the spark plugs out see the head is oilly black burn, if yes u know which cyclinder got oil in. good luck.
