A window mechanism that needs lubrication can cause a motor to over draw current. A bare or pinched wire in the flexible wire tray between the door and the body will definitely blow the fuse.

I have a 1993 Geo Tracker keeps blowing the 30 amp fuse under the hood when I try to start it I still have lights and horn what could be the problem?

The only 30 amp under the hood is a fuse link that powers the RWAL (rear wheel anti-lock) relay so just remove the RWAL relay and try it. I hope this helps. Take Care.

1997 Ford F-150 Reg Cab, V-6 Keep blowing fuse #24,Power Box under hood,30 amp, PCM power,

Try unplugging the power control module. If the fuse still blows its wiring if it doesn't I would guess the power control module is bad.

Heater/Air Conditioner fuse keeps shorting

20 is a lot and is probably right. Does it blow out when you use defrost or just heat? The reason I ask is because the air conditioner comes on when it is on defrost.

My main fuse blew from a loose cable, I replaced the 100 amp fuse

Check ALL your fuses (under-hood as well as in-dash). It is not uncommon for a current surge in excess of 100 amps to blow other fuses.
