Hello bpowell_62...The fuel door release relay for you Murano is located next to the fuse circuit box...The Nissan part number for the relay is: 25230-79916...You might try holding the release button down for 10-15 seconds a few times to see if it will release. If you can hear the sound of the actuator motor running then the relay is working, The actuator may be defective or the locking mechanisim may be out of adjustment.... the actuator part number is CA000-ACTUA Good luck...i hope this helps, please rate me a fixya
