What does fuse # 26 control

What exactly is it doing or not doing for that matter. Check vacuum lines going to the unit and see if you have any broken hoses. I'll try to get a schematic to you. It's best if you give me your email address so I can send it to you.

ECT is located to the right(passenger side) of the alternator in the intake manifold.
PCM is located behind the right(passenger) kick panel under the corner of the dash.

The firing order is = 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8

I don't know what #11 goes to,I have been in
electronics for over 22 years and every time
a fuse blows you have a short.
sometimes the fuse panel will tell you what
that one goes to.

DTC P1443 EVAP Purge Control Solenoid '2' Circuit Fault

Check the evap line and components for damage. Has a tune up ever been done?
