SOURCE: how do you change anti roll bar bushes on an audi

I just loosen the bolts of the subframe and use a bar to pull it down abit , while my lad changes the bush, or you could pull it down a bit and block it with a bit of wood, so you can change the bush safely.

Mk4 Ford Mondeo. In November I was slowly turning right and went over a bump in the road. I heard a clunk from the rear nearside and the Rear Suspension became very hard and the Steering was affected.

Your front end alignment was not done correctly or was incomplete. You must return it to where the alignment was done and tell them they have to fix it. They just did not do it right and must finish the job until it is good and doesn't do these things when they drive it to check it out. Don't let them get away with no completing the job you paid them to do.

How to replace front anti roll bar bushes

Frank, you haven't said what make or model your car is.
However, have a look on the following link - it will take you to Youtube:
how to replace anti roll bar bushes Google Search

It's not a particularly difficult job. It entails loosening the drop-links/tie bars that connect to the torsion bar - the anti roll bar, then loosening the bolts holding the anti roll bar in place.

Just be aware that the anti roll bar is in effect a 'spring' and is under tension. Loosen the retaining bolts gradually, slowly.

replacing the bushes is straight forward. Once you have removed the anti roll bar just lever the old rubber bushes out with a screwdriver and push the new ones into place .. then reassemble everything.

In the most general of terms you would do the job in a couple of hours

How to rebuild entire front-end on 97' Ford f-250 w/7.3 powerstroke

I will assume that you are talking Bushings. You need a Bushing Press, a Pickle Fork, Air Tools and patience. Chilton or Haynes Manuals will give you the step by step but expect some busted knuckles.

My v 4motion creaks whenever it go over anything.

Definitely get the anti roll bar bushes seen to, its such a front heavy car. The sleeves are plastic and crack away, leaving metal on metal. Also the wishbone bushes dry out and will need replacing(most likely source of the creaking). Probably a 2-3 hour job for a decent mechanic, plus parts, you would have to get a price as it is so variable, but I remember buying anti roll bar bushes and drop links from a dealer for less than £50 all in.

The steering need s to be tightened there is a lot of play. What should I look at first And how can I fix/Repair it

can be any component in the front end and or steering box u would have to check and feel the parts for excess movement or wear-- best is to pick up a service manual such as haynes or chilton most auto stores sell them under $20 the manuals show how to fix and repair almost every part of the vehicle
