After being driven and the sitting for minutes or hours refuses to start again
I had a similar experience once; and S10 pickup that would start and run fine. If I shut it off and restarted it, it was fine. But if I shut it off for approximately 15 minutes, it would not restart until it sat for another 30 to 45 minutes. The starter would turn the engine, but it just wouldn't start. Really weird, but it turned out to be a bad fuel pump. I didn't believe it when it was explained to me, but I tried it anyway and it never happened again. Apparently has something to do with the diaphragm in the old pump beginning to relax as pressure slowly equalized, but being old it required more pressure to move the diaphragm. Once it cooled off and pressure equalized, it was fine; and if you start it soon enough after shutting it off, the pressure has not yet started to equalize. But that in-between condition would not allow the diaphragm to work properly.
Fuel Pump come on when you cycle the key?
Check fuel pressure at the schrader valve
Any OBD Codes in memory?
Get spark or injector pulse, when your cranking it?
SOURCE: rear air a/c
Probably plugged or failed expansion valve on rear evaporator. Both front and rear are plumbed in parallel so if the front is cold, a problem with refrigerant flow at back unit almost has to be in the expansion valve.

SOURCE: engine 1 fuse keeps blowing when you turn the key
Engine 1 fuse powers the computer and some sensors. I had this same problem on a 98 chevy van 3500 and found the wire going to one of the oxygen sensors had shorted out on the heat shield. Inspect the wires going to all of the oxygen sensors. On this van one of the oxygen sensors on the driverside the wire was laying on the heat shield which eventually rubbed through the wire and shorted it out blowing the fuse. Your short could be on a different sensor but check all of the oxygen sensors because the wire runs so close to the sharp heat shield.

Start with fuel system. Listen for fuel pump humm at fuel tank No humm check wiring to pump for power. Then check for spark at plugs and wires. Remove wire from coil and hold near engine and see arch when you crank. No arch. Replace ignition Modular inside distributor cap or cap or rotor
