No spark trouble shooting on weed eater 96114000402 model, push lawn mower

Question edited. *won't not 'want'. Not sure how American people get mixed up with these two completely different words. Won't is 'not happening', a contraction of 'will not' and an answer is what you 'want'.

However we can't answer because you question is missing vital information. If it is a vehicle, car motorcycle, jet ski, scooter, we need 'year make model'.

If it is a generator, lawn tractor or weed eater we need 'make model (what it is)'.

It is flooded. Pull the spark plug ,dry it off and put a tester on the plug to see if u have fire to the plug.

is this on your tractor? lawn mower? snowblower? moped? bicycle? skateboard? hoverround? weed eater? office chair?

It would be helpful to know on what engine you are looking for the spark plugs. Is it a car, motorcycle, moped, weed-eater, leaf blower, chainsaw, etc...? The spark plug will be threaded into the cylinder head of whatever motor, so look for something about one inch in diameter with a wire on top of it sticking out of the part of the engine that has cooling fins.

Pull the magneeto, sand the contact a bit, put it back on with proper gap and try it again.. If it's getting good spark then yer carb prolly has to be rebuilt

have you tried checking the fuel line

Grab a spark plug, any spark plug even a spare for your lawn mower, and plug it into any spark plug wire, and lay it on the valve cover. Crank it over and have somebody verify rather or not there is spark, obviously you don't want to hang on to the plug or wire. After spark is or isn't there get back to me and we'll continue to trouble shoot.
