You have a parasitic drain somewhere. We have an almost identical model at work and we have an ignition problem where you can remove the key in accessory position which leaves some of the electronics on and drains the battery. Faulty light switch, interior light left on?

Is the thermostat opening at 195 degrees ?
Does the radiator fan come on at 220 degrees ?
Can you tell if the water pump is moving coolant thru the system after the thermostat opens ? Are both radiator hoses hot ?

Question when they change tran did they rea use old sensor there is a tiss and toss input out put for trans one control mph u will see on here about no mph reading well now u know and one control selection range. For rpm and tran gearing only for tran. Dose it down shift when hot or cold The 2 sensor are buy tran Line there white one should be one 3 wire and one 2 wires. If they are from frost trans I would get new one. There about 25 dollers a peace Now the voltage could be a back feed from ground. Check ground wire from firewall to engine. Make sure it a good conection and not rotted most of car and van problem are from bad ground they back feed from computer to sensor most hand scan tool will not tell u that a ground wire is broken

Disconnect the negative of the battery. is there a amp installed or just a radio After market or updated factory. How old the battery remote start or no remote start after market remote start cause this problems

If only the speedometer is inop, it will 90% of the time be a speed sensor. 1 10mm bolt and a plug tales 5 minutes to replace

Ok without all the matter tech gold five star blah blah- just disconnect the battery ground remove the panel under the steering wheel locate the yellow wire connector remove the safety clip then unplug the connector. Do not cut the wire
Any static discharge can deploy the air bag so just unplug it and reassemble the dash and connect battery. Thi doesn't not clear a warning light

I would take the radiator back out and check the trough that it sets in. Sometimes there are rubber mounting pads that cushion the radiator on top and bottom. You may have left one of these out or else look in the bottom trough and see if you dropped a tool or rock or bolt in it.

Throw away the auto liters and get yourself four champion spark plugs. Champions work in chryslers, auto lites/motorcraft work in fords, NGk for Japanese, ac delco for GM's, Bosch for European.

Follow ow those rules and you will likely never have a drivability issue caused buy the wrong spark plug.

Set them to .035" and you should be good to go.

The heater is on a 30amp fuse, the instrument cluster should be on a 15amp circuit.
