This could be a loose or broken motor mount. Sometimes if you cant see that it is broken then have someone rev up the engine and see if one side rises up it it does then you most likely have a bad motor mount.

Mazda 2006 3 automatic vubration problems

Would need a little more detail but it sounds like it could be motor mount or possibly tranny mounts depending I Where you feel the vibration a good test confirm motor mounts is to put into drive with hood open have someone stand to the side of vehicle hold down brake and slowly rev engine you should be able to see engine move a little bit of movement is ok but if it is excessive the It is more than likely the motor mounts

Strange vibration noise upon acceleration sounds like something is rubbing

Joyce, does this only happen when you accelerate or does it vibrate at all when idling? Vibration of your engine could be caused bt weak or broken motor mounts. Also, does it only happen at certain RPMs? If so, it could be your timing belt.
