SOURCE: How do I change the starter in a 2000 Nissan?

Go to Maxima.org. There is a section on changing the starter, complete with photos. I changed mine (2000 Maxima) after reading the instructions and it took only 40-minutes. The only hard part is getting one of the starter bolts loose, but I did it using additional leverage from a metal, hollow broom stick.

SOURCE: I need a starter relay for my 1995 nissan quest,

Are you hearing a clicking sound when you try to start your car. I suspect what you are really looking for is a starter solenoid.

A starter solenoid (or starter relay) is the part of an automobile which relays a large electric current to the starter motor, which in turn sets the engine in motion. In many vehicles the solenoid also engages the starter pinion with the ring gear of the engine.

2002 Nissan Quest won't start but makes a clicking noise?

check that the battery posts and terminals are shiny clean and tight. Check that the batteries you use are load tested because it is possible to replace a bad battery with another bad battery.. Lastly pull the starter motor and have the solenoid checked out and check the brushes in the starter for wear and burnt armature.

My guess would be a switch (park interlock, brake interlock, etc.), a main fuse (located under the hood), or a starter solenoid. One easy check is to turn the key to start and simultaneously wiggle the shifter or pull it in to the Neutral position.

Good luck.

1997 Nissan Quest wont start

If you tried jumping it and it still doesn't start, then it's not your battery. There may be a problem with the solenoid/starter. Try tapping the starter a few times with a metal object (tire wrench or something), but not too hard. Then try starting it again.

1995 quest wont start

Either the switch or the nutural safety switch is bad or the wiring from the switch to the nutural switch or the to the starter solenoid is open or disconnected. Either trace wiring or test or replace switch(s).

Does not start, god battery, and starter, no power going starter

Most likely bad cell on battery with not enough amerage or the solenoid on the starter is going bad. Turn car to on and Jumper the solenoid if it starts replace starter as that part is hard to get on its own.
