I have a noise that sounds like "whoop whoop whoop" coming front the left front tire. Starts at 25 mph. Sounds worse when I turn hard to the left. I have rotated the tires (both front to back, and swapped the 2 fronts so the rotate in opposite directions), and the noise didn't change or move. I replaced the front hub & wheel bearing, and that had no effect either. What else could it be?
Jack up front left on level ground ,support and chock rear wheels and set park brake ---look and check the cv axle for leaks, tears or damage -put in neutral and watch axle should turn smoothly turn steering wheel to left and rotate tire again watching axle if their is binding or grinding or studder movement than axle is damaged and needs to be replaced
I jacked up the car, and checked the CV's, and rotated the tires. All is fine with both. I spent a little time checking the tires, and I believe I may have 4 tires that are suffering from cupping. Even though the front tires are relatively new (10/32" left), it looks like maybe worn struts may be the issue (or possibly alignment). I have only had the van for a short time. My belief is that the previous owner put 2 new tires on the front, and moved the fronts (suffering from cupping) to the rear. Since they never changed the struts, the new tires on the front cupped as well. My plan as of now is to replace the struts & shocks, and then put 2 new tires on the front, and move the tires on the front now to the rear. I will then have a 4 wheel alignment done. Hopefully this will take care of the issue.

SOURCE: noise in front end, sounds
You say the rear wheel axles and bearings have been replaced, you mention nothing of the front wheels, you have the symptoms of a front wheel bearing being worn out, remove them and check for pitting in the bearing rollers or the bearing races, I am sure you will find a problem. Hope this helps solve your issue with the bearing noise.
SOURCE: Front wheel bearings
It does have the complete hub assembly's on it, but they are not that difficult to change. And that does sound like the problem you are having.

The bearings are really bad. i would get this check. they may need to be repacked. or changed..
SOURCE: sound at the front left side starts at 30 miles
jack up the front end and grab the tires at the 12 and 6 o'clock positions and shake them. if there is any play your wheel bearings are bad.

The description should say "front RIGHT tire" not front left tire... sorry about that...
