My low beams dont work , why? changed switch, bulbs are good ,fuses are good, relays are good, any idea ?????
Your actual headlight lamp switch may be out or shorted. I had this issue with my Dodge Dakota (headlights wouldn't work but could hold down the highbeams by rigging it) but my headlight switch pulls out from console. If that is the case, take the dash faceplates off and access your headlamp switch. Remember where all screws go. There is a connecter that disconnects and the actual inlet connecter is most likely the culprit. Look for blackening or melted/burnt plastic
Need more info does your high beam light come on if so clean connections on headlights also make sure ground is good
Are you sure bulbs are good? If low beam are running lights as well, might be set in series. If one bulb goes out, no light at all. This was the case for a 2003 toyota camry. Was wired in series.

Ok look under the bagtterry tray, there is a black box bolted to the body, it is the headlight ground and has a really bad tendency to corode due to the design.

Hi
I would start with the dimmer switch if you know the lights are good dimmer switches do this you will lose your high beam or you will lose your low beam when they go bad.

Could be that your high beam light's are burnt out and need to be replaced. When you say the the switch is new you mean the lever on the stearing collum is new right?? Good luck

I have heard it could be the Daylight Running Light module located under the dash above the brake pedal. The module controls both the daytime running lights and the low beam lights. The high beams are independent of this module.
I have the same problem. I am trying to buy a new module.
