Check the HID ballast. Make sure the ballast is not blown.

Go to autozone and ask them to put it in for you..lol or o'reillys. Youd be surprised at how much they will help you if you ask, It would be hard for me to tell you how, but under your hood on each side of your radiator, you can probably see back of headlight. well this is not easy unless you make a accessby removing anything in the way,or just take the headlight out ,How did you manage to open the bonnet as these vehicles from around this year started using a sealed bonnet that only the dealers can open with a special electronic key that uses rolling encrypted software.

it is your hid ballast located under the headlight itself you can get one on ebay under a hundred bucks
