SOURCE: misfire on number 2 cyl

Cylinders are numbered from front to rear (grille to firewall) passenger side: 1-2-3, driver's side: 4-5-6. Firing order is 1-4-2-5-3-6
Did you check by pulling #2 out while the engine is in idle to see no weakness from the engine? BTW your coil pack cost $80.

Firing order for a 1999 nisson quest van

Believe it or not the firing order is 1-2-3-4-5-6 The cylinder locations are 2-4-6 in front by radiator, and 1-3-5 against the firewall. If you have a misfire on a certain cyl. and you've replaced the plugs, wires and cap and rotor, you probably have a fuel injector that's dead or plugged,it's common on Quests. Figure out which cyl. is misfiring and unplug the fuel inj. conn. with the engine running and listen for a change in RPMs. If there is no change then replace the injector.

Cannot figure out the firing order for my 1991 isuzu rodeo

Facing towards front of engine-number 1 is on passenger side front cyl of engine. Number 2 is front cyl on driver's side-number 3 middle cyl on passenger side-4 on middle cyl driver's side-5 on back cyl passenger side and 6 on back cyl driver's side. The distributer rotates COUNTER CLOCKWISE-number 1 cyl's sparkplug wire attaches to distributer cap connection closest to number 5 cyl.-to your right side of this plug wire on cap would go cyl number 2-then 3-then 4-then 5 and then 6. The firing order is:1,2,3,4,5,6
