If you are lucky, you only bent a wheel. Repair or replacement of the bent rim will correct this issue. Unfortunately, you may have hit hard enough to bend the lower control arm or possibly a tie rod. In some cases the bending may be visible to the naked eye. However, in most cases only a service center, using an alignment rack, will be able to determine the damaged component(s).

Sounds like you have a split belt on one of your front tires. Check this by jacking up car and support on stands. Spin tires by hand and look for uneven tire surface.

Hit right side wheel onto curb at about 10km per hour steering feels slightly wobbly at about 25 km per hour , what is the most likely cause for the steering to feel unusual after hitting the curb

More then likely and cheapest way first is that it is a wheel balance this is done with small weights on the out side of the wheel on the rim, there sometimes are more than one per wheel they are rather small you could have nocked one off.
Take it to a tyre place ask to check the wheel balance on that wheel that hit the gutter.
Ask them if it was out it does not take much to cause the wheel to wobble

I hit a curb on the back driver side and now the wheel is bent what parts would i have to repair

It may be that you'll luck out with just a wheel change. Depends on how hard you hit the curb. If it got hit hard enough it can damage more, but the way to tell is to mount a straight wheel (pick one up at a wrecking yard for 1/2 the price of a new one). Then mount your tire on the wheel, put it on the lugs with the tire still in the air, give it a good spin and watch the tracking. Chances should be pretty good that you'll only need the wheel..

Has a slight wobble at low speed?

you need to jack it up and spin 1 tire at a time, use a run out guage on the tires and wheels.a high speed 60 to 65 mph is from wheel balance. low speed is a bent wheel or a bad tire. belt separation

Driving Jeep about 45mph-50mph, Right Wheel starts to bounce and pull to right very hard, can only apply brakes and pull off to shoulder, and then I can drive again until it starts bouncing once again....

Sounds like a variation of what's known as "death wobble" You need to have everything in the front end checked over carefully for signs of wear. That includes shocks and steering damper (sideways shock on steering linkage) replacing damper will cover up the problem but usually will not cure it, so if you replace it be aware that the problem will usually be back in a week. Most times it is traced to a bad track bar end or mount that has elongated at the differential, or bad ball joints. However,If you have recently had the tires removed for any reason, I would loosen the lugs and re-tighten them in a star pattern, using a torque wrench. I'm pretty sure the setting is 70 lbs, but check that #. don't forget though...I said check everything (including mount for steering box.)
