2001 Buick Park Avenue. I am having issues with driver door controls on it. No window, door locks, mirror controls.

Question edited for clarity. Question moved from Spanish car company 'Seat', pronounced 'see-at'. That sounds like the door switches, or possibly a break in the harness that goes from the door to the door frame. They always fail on the drivers door because of the amount of times they open and close. Or it may be a communications issue. The only way to diagnose is by an auto electrician connecting a professional grade scan tool computer. There may also be DTC codes relating to the communication aspect of the network modules and they way they talk to each other. https://www.google.com/search?q=auto+electrician+near+me ..

2001 park avenue won't start or turn over

Hey Gordon, Remove your battery, take it to O'Reilly's, AutoZone, etc.. have them check the CCA (Cold Cranking Amps)-load test. .. this is what makes your car crank.>Amperage< ... 12+ volts might run the lights.. but just voltage WILL NOT crank your car.. the age of the battery doesn't matter either..

I have a 2001 buick park avenue with a 3.8L v6

If everything goes dark when you try to start the car, I agree that is likely an electrical issue, but I don't agree that it is necessarily related to the 3 ground wires. It could also be due to a loose connection to the battery or fuse block, or due to a weak or bad battery. Are the battery connections clean and tight? Have you tried charging the battery or using a jump start pack clamped on the battery cables directly?

2001 park ave just killed no reaso I have fuel on the rail where should I check to fix problem

Pull both spark plug wires off of the same coil , then have a helper crank the engine over . Do you see a spark jump from one coil tower to the other ? Checking the fuel pressure you need a fuel pressure gauge to do it correctly . How did you do it ? push the scarder valve and a little fuel came out . I wouldn't go by that , should have 53-59 psi) .Also if the SECURITY light is lit the PCM/ECM will disable the fuel injectors . Also timing gears have been known to wear out . Causing engine to become out of time . Had teflon cam gear and the teflon wears and the chain gets slack . Last buick i did with worn cam gear , the customer said they didn't hear any strange noise , it just quit running . I could tell just by listening to it being tried to start . Took timing chain cover off , timing gear was worn down to nothing . More bad news piston hit a valve an bent it . Just some food for thought .

How to reset Theft Deterrent fuel enable signal

have you put obd11 scanner on it to find error code. DTC P1626 Theft Deterrent Fuel Enable Signal Lost Circuit Description The Vehicle Theft Deterrent (VTD) system is incorporated within the body control module (BCM). The powertrain control module(PCM) monitors the state of health serial data message from the Theft Deterrent system to ensure that the PCM to BCM communications is established. If the PCM detects a loss of the state of health message while the engine is running, DTC P1626 will set. DTC P1626 can cause a no-start condition or normal operation depending on when the loss of Theft Deterrent system communication was detected. The engine will continue to start and run if the condition that set DTC P1626 occurred after the PCM received a valid theft deterrent password from the BCM and already allowed fuel during the ignition cycle. The engine will start and immediately stall if the condition that set DTC P1626 occurred before the PCM received a valid theft deterrent password. With this condition present, the PCM will inhibit fuel delivery and disable the starter until a valid theft deterrent password is detected. Refer to Content Theft Deterrent (CTD) Circuit Description . Conditions for Running the DTC The Theft Deterrent system has allowed fuel delivery. Conditions for Setting the DTC The PCM has detected a loss of the state of health serial data message from the Theft Deterrent system. Action Taken When the DTC Sets The PCM stores conditions which were present when the DTC set as Failure Records only. This information will not be stored as Freeze Frame Records. Conditions for Clearing the MIL/DTC The DTC becomes history when the conditions for setting the DTC are no longer present. The history DTC clears after 40 malfunction free warm-up cycles. The PCM receives a clear code command from the scan tool. Diagnostic Aids, An intermittent may be caused by: • A poor connection • Rubbed through wire insulation • A wire broken inside the insulation Check for the following conditions:, • Intermittent short circuit on the serial data circuit -- Refer to Data Link Communications Operation in Data Link Communications. Be sure to check all related wiring for an intermittent short to ground or short to voltage. • Poor connection -- Inspect the wiring harness for damage. Check for an intermittent short or open circuit in the wiring harness related to the BCM, including the ignition, battery feed, ground, and Serial Data circuits.

Where do I connect back-up camera?

Find the wire that goes to the back up light bulbs. Splice the power wire into that wire and the ground wire to any convenient point on the body. That way the camera will come on when the car is in reverse.

Why does it hesitate when accelerating?

May be some bad gas. Try using some premium gas at your next fill up. Next step would be to replace your fuel filter.

Only notice this when turning slow. Has a scrunchy sound.

Jack Layton has given you a good answer. The noise you describe is indicative of driveshaft problems (usually splined connections..) /wear or maybe a wheel bearing. The wheel and parts are going to have to be stripped to examine it.

Recently developed a whinning when I first start to move

Where is the whining noise actually coming from .. engine/gearbox or elsewhere? A whining/screeching noise could be a drive belt .. such as the belt that drives the alternator. On a manual car it could be the clutch bearing making the noise until it warms up. Does the clutch make a noise when you depress the pedal? That's the thrust bearing .. the bearing that operates the clutch. I don't think you have too much to worry about. If you had engine trouble there would be knocks, rumbles and strange noises at all speeds. A whining noise is usually associated with something spinning/turning .. such as a pulley/idler on a drive belt or a bearing alternator. Put your mind at rest - get a mobile mechanic's opinion.

What caused new battery to die?

lack of proper charge rate from the alternator is the first place to look has to charge 14.5-14.8 volts DC or the battery will go flat quickly next batteries have a warranty period for a reason and brand new is no guarantee to long battery life take it back for a load test and then have an accredited auto electrician test the alternator
