I have a 2003 Dodge Stratus Coupe R/T. Just got it inspected and it failed. Check engine light is on and the codes it failed for are P0136, P0141 and P0456. Pep Boys told me I have to take it to the dealership to put in their computer. I've had this car 10 years and want to know if it is worth fixing. Thanks.

You have to realize that vehicle is15 years old and probably worth peanuts. if you repair it then a few weeks later it breaks down again you have probably wasted your money. i feel to repair it you will pay close to a thousand dollars then you don't know if it will pass a safety next year
I would scrap it and get a good one. Just to go to a dealer for a check up will cost over a hundred dollars.

2003 Dodge Stratus Sxt 2.4L, 5-speed manual 85000 miles My check engine light is on and I failed inspection, which returned a P0135 code. We replaced the upstream O2 sensor, but I haven'r put enough...

The oxygen sensors have four wires. Two are for the power circuit for the heater within the oxygen sensor, they only work when hot and can not wait for the exhaust to get warmed up. The other two wires are for the oxygen sensor circuit. Your error code p0135 indicated that the heater power circuit was open. This was either due to a faulty heater element within the sensor or there was a break in the circuit due to dirt in the connector or a fractured wire. Your code P0303 is quite separate and is due to misfire on cylinder 3 (the last digit). Check the spark plug, the coil on plug socket for any shorting.

Cant find transmission filter on 2003 Dodge stratus Coupe.

The filter is inside the transmission. You need to take the pan off the bottom then you can replace the filter and the pan gasket.
