Double posted, and fluids? you mean FLOODS.
see previous post,
there are other ways to flood any motor.
one other is (iSC /IAC devices are stuck closed) gummed up.
this cause no starting air, no air means flooding.
I cant see your car, and see if starting with 10% throttle solves the flood, but you can.
also WOT cranking, cuts all fueling and can not flood and will start any flooded engine.
but if this still floods, now, that is bad injectors. leaking.
WOT cuts injection pulses dead, and no fuel flows, cranking.
knowing these facts on EFI makes finding causes easy.

1988 f-150 5.0, had no injector pulse, repaired lots of wiring & finally got injectors to pulse with a different computer but still wont run

Do you have spark and fuel pressure? Check the inertia switch? You might try a spray of starting fluid. If it tries to start you would know that the engine has spark, but the injectors could be working without fuel pressure and starting fluid would show you it is a fuel pressure problem if the engine fires with starting fluid.

Engine turns over, reset pcm and tried starting fluid still won't start

If spraying Starting fluid into the Intake does not start it, then you need to check your Spark, No spark, No Start....

What Year/.Make/Model is this?

Crankshaft Sensor
Broken Timing Belt
Bad Distributor

93 toyota pickup 4x4 it will stay running after I turn it on to start it up, it starts up then after a few seconds it kills

if I'm reading this right...
... the engine starts and dies within a few seconds.
... you jumpered the fuel pump test connector and it will keep running.
... you smell fuel after trying to re-start when it dies.

Disconnect the plug to the cold start injector. Even if you have an issue with the engine running then dying after a few seconds after doing this, if you don't smell fuel after disconnecting the cold start injector and try to restart it, the cold start time injector time switch may be failing.

Buy a can of starting fluid and have someone start the engine then spray short bursts of the fluid around all the intake fittings. If spraying the fluid in any particular area keeps the engine running, I'd start looking for leaks around that area.

It does sound like an AFM or COR issue considering it dies after a few seconds, but the fuel smell when trying to restart the engine may be a separate issue that needs corrected / isolated first.it will keep running.

Sounds like its not getting fuel to the engine,it has a full tank of gas and i checked all the fuses.

If you think you have a fuel problem, try using some starting fluid and see if it will start. If it starts with the Starting Fluid, you have a fuel problem. If it doesn't start with the Starting Fluid, you may have an ignition fault.
If it is a fuel problem, try changing your Fuel Filter, and check the voltage going to your Fuel Pump. Also, check your fuel pump operation, does it come on when the key is turned to On?

I tried moving my car in the morning and then it cut off and won't start again and a redish brown fluid leaking from underneath it what can be wrong

That fluid is transmission fluid. You need to make sure you have the right amount of fluid and try to start it again. If it don't work, let me know. Have you checked anything else? You need to make sure that the car is getting fuel to the engine. Listen for the fuel pump to kick on when you turn the key. You can spray the carborator with gas or starting fluid. If it starts and dies, it is a fuel problem. If not, it is probably spark plugs/coils, wires, distributor, cap, rotor, cam sensor, crank sensor, or ECM. If you can, try to get a code off the computer. This is the best thing to do. You would know where to start and what parts to check. Sorry, but there is so many things it can be. You just have to start the process of elimination. If you need me, write me back. I am here to help you in anyway I can. Good luck.

How do you know the fuel pump is good? And I would not keep using starting fluid to try and start the vehicle. Did you check fuel pressure? Did you try to dump a little fuel down the carb then try starting?

Hard shifting starting in Drive Gear. Starting in

I agree with the suggestion to service the trans but no transX, just new fluid and a new fluid filter, if that doesn't help then you will need more seriou work.
