Why does my peugot 206cc 2litre backfire when cold starting

Have it scanned for error code. Idle Air system may foul up. Coolant temperature sensor giving wrong readings will confuse the ECU. It may use 'warm' setting for cold starting, thus fuel would be lean. Ideally it should use 'cold' setting which provides richer air/fuel mixture.

My air conditioning for my 1989 mercedes 190e 2.6 is not working

first the a/c issue is probably due to low charge. Need to recharge, if you still had R12 in there you need to have it updated to R134A or find someone who has R12 which is tough.
Starting issues are tough to explain without more info but if you mean your starter doesnt turn the motor I would suggest a new battery as you probably have a weak one or it has a bad cell. If your starter turns but it wont start could be the OVP relay, the cold start vale or any number of ignition parts from the coil to the plugs.

Ford bronco 1990 sputters at 3rpm

It sounds as if you have a fuel system problem or either the exhaust may be stopped up. Have the fuel pressure checked it should be at or near 30-35 lbs if not you may need to replace the fuel pressure regulator or the fuel pump. Both are common on parts to fail.

88 190E has been sitting for over a year, wont start. Have cleaned out the fuel, still wont start. An amituir mechanic said it needed a fuel pump and or a fuel relay. (Very costly) Any advice? The car ran...

When a vehicle has been left for a long time without being started it will need the following: New fuel, New battery, change of engine oil, possibly transmission oil and brake fluid as well. All fluids in the engine will tend to settle and separate out over time if left. Ideally you start the engine weekly if you put a car aside.
