if it is a fuse your fuse box will be located under hood and sometimes you may also have two fuse boxes , one under hood in a black box in plan view that says fuse and relays. remove the cover and look under the lid. you will find descriptions and placement labels under cap. find your fan and lighting fuse if blown replace with recommended fuse. same goes for other fuse box under dash or located on driver side or passenger side of dash in between door and dash. must open door to view fuse box.
I have a 2005 Ram 1500, My fuse box is under the hood next to the battery, on the inside of the lid is the listing and placement of all the fuzes. I found it strange Dodge didn't put the layout and list of fuzes in the owners manuel but at least the lid to the fuse box usually don't get lost.
The fuse box you are looking for will be under the hood, most likely on the drivers side firewall. It will be a Black Box and the lid should pop off. Sometime the Diagram is printed ont he lid, but your owners manual will should the Fuse Placement. It may even tell you were to look under the hood to find it. Hope this helps.
you should have a flasher relay that needs replaced, usually looks like a black box underneath the drivers side dash with a plug attached to it or check under the hood in your fuse box (look under lid for diagram) or your left side and right side dash fuses (again look for diagram on the lids)
Hope this helped you out some
Have a great day!

Typically there are two fuse boxes, one located under hood(usually near the battery) and one under driver side dash. Both are usually labeled and contain the schematic on the lid. If the lid is missing I have attached a diagram of the fuses.
HI. If you have the Original Owners Manual, There is a diagrahm of the fuse placement for under the hood ( distribution box) and for the one under the dash.
the diagrams are under the lid of the fuse box located under the dash on driverside and on the top of the relay box located under the hood on driverside
the fuse box lid normally has a diagram on it there is a fuse box under the dash on the driver side and there is one under the hood as well.and if it does not have a diagram stop by the dealer in the parts department and they can print you one if you have an owner manual there is one in there also.
