I have a 1990 Oldsmobile delta 88.The Right blinker does not blink. It just stays lit. The left side works fine. The emergency flashers all work fine. All the bulbs front and back are good. Please help.

You need to have the GM dealer perform a scan of the systems memory, it will have a fault code that will lead the tech to the cause of this stalling which may be the CKP sensor.
1,6,5,4,3,2. Cylinders are #1-front bank, passenger side with 3, 5 toward driver side. #2 is rear bank on passenger side with 4, 6 toward driver side (USA cars).
Usually a bulb out causes a blinker to quit. But if you're sure the bulbs are all good then the flasher is probably bad. It is located under the dash, left side. You can find it by making it click and listening for where it's at.
With the vehicle In Park and the ignition on, swith the R/S signal on. Now , gwt out of the car and walk to back of car and inspect the R?R signal light . OK ? Now, do the same to the R?F signal light. One of them are not going to working correctly. Replace the defective bulb, or socket
check and see if there is a burnt out bulb on that side... if not you need to replace the flasher relay... it's under the dash on the drivers side... as a stand alone relay or in your fuse box.
