I replaced the clock spring and the dealer replaced the speed control sensor (for a recall), Seems like there is no power, I replaced the clock spring because the horn didn't work and the air bag light was on. Horn works and air bag light is off. There are controls on the steering wheel for the climate control (fan and temp) they don't work either. I checked all the fuses under the dash all are good. any Ideas?
SOURCE: the steering wheel controls ie. cruise/radio/temp
In most cases this problem is caused by the rotating ribbon circuit contact under the steering wheel having a broken filament, the part is known as a clock spring contact, u will need to properly disarm the airbag and remove the steering wheel to access the part. WARNING: Failure to follow factory Airbag disarming protocol can result in an unexpected Airbag deployment and possible serious personnel injury or death.

Did you checked fuses and relay in the fuse panel.there are two fuse boxes. One in the engine compartment under hood and other under instrument panel.Re check the fuses and relays in this compartment.Any of the fuses and relays are getting shorted and causing this problem.-------
This should help.thanks.Helpmech.
SOURCE: My cruise control doesn't work??...any
jnjkingbird, It sounds like this problem is the clock spring as I don't believe that the horn and the cruise control would share a fuse. However, they do share a circuit in the clock-spring. You can check for power at each unit (horn and the cruise control) which would confirm this. Check each fuse as well. Good luck with this.

The speed sensor is found on the wheel hub. It is the only part which has wires connected to it. Usually you would see hoses for the brakes in that area.
For additional information, I have managed to get a video.
