Ok great sounds like a project but its right up my expertise so you will need to get a kit to do it or go to a wrecking yard and get the componets of a similiar vehicle ie another camry that is compatible does it have a solid axle or independent cause you will have to change the hub solids are usually bolted in and the independents are pressed in their are companies that specialize in these swaps and can sell you a whole kit for your car with instructions it depends how much time and money you want to invest into it

Broken lug bolt

Easy. Take wheel and tire off, and remove the brake drum, if it has drum brakes. With a hammer, hit the broken stud until it pops out. Slide the new stud into the hole, and, using some thick washers, screw the lugnut onto the new stud, over the washers. Tighten it until the stud is pulled all of the way in. Easier done with an air wrench, however.

Emergency brake pad stuck 93 Camry

Its A Rear Tire Id Guess Its Gotta Be A Problem With The Brakes And Not The Brake Pad. I Would Recommend Taking It To A Mechanic If Thats Not An Option Get The Book. Jack Up The Vehicle And Remove The Suspicious Tire. Mark One Spot On The Drum And One Spot On The Center Hub. Then Check The Inside Of The Drum Once Removed And Inspect it Also Check Your Brake Pads. Not Many People Know That Drum Pads Release Outward Instead Of Inward Like Disc Brakes. Hopefully This Will Help You
