Like I said because it was running fine a few hours ealier then all of the sudden it started acting like it was starving for feul so I had the routine oil and got a radiator flush and then had them put a new gass filter on and new trans oil but still acting up. It runs perfect in park but when I put it in drive it shudders and takes a long time to get going well not a real long time but a few seconds or more then shifts into other gears. do you think that it could be timming or linkage.

sounds like a fuel problem either a dirt blockage or the computor is mailfuctioning

Your camshafts may have some or all of the lobes worn down.....sounds like time to do a rebuild.

One of three things. Inside the trans are clutches, bands, sprags and planetaries. I believe that either a set of clutches is sticking together or the input sparg is not free wheeling when it is suppose to or the parking pawl is sticking in place until you free it.
There is not much you can do. The only possible item that can be added that might help is called Lube Gaurd In the red bottle. other than that you will have to pull the trans and repair it.
