Hello, Sorry for my bad English, i'm from Europe. I have a problem with reset oil reminder with Durametric. When I reset I have only information - reset complete (turn off|on key).
On page there is information:
Service Reminder
Be sure there are no fault codes in the engine, instrument cluster, ABS, or airbag units. Durametric version must be 5.0.8.0 or higher. If the instrument cluster does not reset automatically when resetting the service reminder, remove the instrument cluster fuse for ten seconds with the key out before replacing the fuse.
And the question is - Where is instrument cluster fuse? Where can I find it and what is fuse numer?
When you put in airbags, you need to put new airbag sensors as well. If you leave the old sensors in, your airbags MIGHT deploy again. When you change both airbags and both sensors, the system resets itself. I have done this operation before.
The only way to do this is at a mechanic THey have a hand-held scanner that will check engine codes and reset the light. THe light will go off after certain mileage, or if something sensor wise or electronical failure is happening.
In your manual there should be a list of steps to reset the message. Such as pumping the brake pedal 3 times with the key in the accesory position, etc.
The easiest way to reset service light on any car is to unplug negative (black) cable from battery for 2-3 minutes. If the problem is fixed, the light will be off upon cranking car again. Hope this helps. Please leave feedback.

May have to hold button by speedo for 10sec
Or hit that same button til oil life is shown then hold 10 sec
Or if it has the smart screen go thru options to find vehicle info and u can reset in there
The "service overdue" is a mileage based service reminder. It means you need to change the oil and perfirm whatever other service is recommended for your mileage. If you're up on all your service and the reminder is there it's very likely that whoever did the service didn't reset the reminder. Here are a few instructions on how to reset the reminder yourself: http://forum.bmw5.co.uk/topic/48051-how-to-reset-service-due-indicator/
SERVICE INTERVAL REMINDER If equipped with a service reminder flag, the oil and oil filter service interval reminder flags will activate after every 7500 miles of operation. To reset indicators, insert ignition key into slots below indicator flags at lower right corner of instrument cluster. Push key in until reminder window changes from Red to Green.
It's the normal car service reminder due. Whichever will be reached first: 700 km, or 30 days. In other words after 700 km, or if you don't drive the car 700 km within 30 days, you should carry out the car maintenace: engine oil & oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, pollen & dust cabin filter, ... Then you will need to reset the "Service due" message on the dashboard. For Audi Q7 made year 2010, the Service Interval Indicator can only be reset with the VAS 5051 or similar diagnostic tool connected to the data link connector of the car.
You have several different problems.
First, the starter...if you are hearing a loud "click" several times before the starter engages and cranks the engine, you have a bad starter solenoid and you need to replace your starter.
The dying problem could be caused by a WHOLE LIST of things. It could be anything from a bad Idle Air Control (IAC) motor to a fuel pump that works when it wants to, or a bad Crankshaft Position sensor circuit, etc. Unless it sets a fault code in the computer or does it on a regular basis, you will probably never figure this one out.
The Change Oil light is simple: You just need to reset your oil change reminder. Sometimes it doesn't get reset when the oil change gets done and then comes on only a few miles after an oil change. This is very common - it even happens at my shop sometimes. If the oil change reminder light is not on when a customer brings the car to me for an oil change, I don't think to reset it. Not all cars have them, and of those that do, half the customers reset the light themselves. I simply do not always take the time to look it up and see if it even has one. They are different depending on what kind of vehicle you have, so I cannot tell you how to reset yours because you forgot to mention what kind of vehicle you have...YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, ENGINE SIZE, etc. (This would be nice to know if you really want help fixing your car.)

CHANGE OIL SOON Light
1. CHANGE OIL SOON light will come on when engine oil has broken down enough to require changing. After changing oil, reset oil life display.
2. To reset light, turn ignition on. Open glove box to access oil reset button. Press and hold oil reset button in glove box for at least 5 seconds, but not longer
than 60 seconds. The CHANGE OIL SOON light will flash 4 times to indicate light has been reset.
Maintenance required light is a reminder to change the oil. if you have had the oil changed within the last 3000 miles its likley the people that did the oil change didnt reset the light, if im not mistaken, to reset that light turn the car to the key on engine off position and hold the odometer button down until the light blinks and goes away
i found this on a Corvette forum, so i could not test its validity but i hope it works for you:
-To reset the oil light, put the key in the ignition and turn to accessory setting (but do not start the car) Push the English/Metric button twice and then push and hold the "Range" button. The "Change Oil" light will flash for about 15-20 seconds and then go out. Release the button and turn key off.
When you turn the key back on, the light should be out. If it is not, repeat the above steps.-
