SOURCE: remoe dont lock or unlock the doors. hazard lights, indicators and horn dont work.

You might have a blowen fuze. I would check that first. If it is blowen and continues to blow after replaceing it, then you have a short somwere in the wiring.

SOURCE: headlight and hazard light and horn and aftermarket radio,

Check your neutral safety switch. I had the same problem during a hard rain, hit a bump and everything went out.

Locating 3 amp fuse to radio which is secondary fuse after main fuse at the fuse block under dash. Followed wiring diagram which indicates fuse should be near or inside radio enclosure.

Question edited for clarity, 'fuse', unless you light it 'fuze'.Question moved to sub category.

If the radio has an inline fuse, it will be within 82 of the plug at the rear. They are built into the harness. Unlikely because there are three fuses covering audio.

How to fix the horn on 2003 Toyota Hiace?

What exactly is wrong with it? Start with the basics. Check the fuse. I think on that model the horn and hazard lights were on the same fuse so test your hazard lights are working. Check the wiring and connections are clean and shiny at the horn sounder itself. If you know how to use a multimeter you can check for signal from the switch with a helper pushing the horn button.

2001 4Runner. Car security went bust first, then the horn stopped working, then the hazard lights. Now, the brakes as well. Any help please?

All except the brakes sound like fuses failing, or wires breaking. A quick check of the fuse box should remedy those.

What do you mean by "the brakes"?

does the pedal go to the floor without stopping the truck?
do the brake lights not come on?
is the brake indicator on the dash on?

need a little more to go on

Discovery horn & lights stopped working but the fuses are not blown

Sounds like a switch failure or a loose wire near the switch. A short wold have caused the fuse to blow. Remove the cover over the steering column and check the wiring

The hazard lights don't work. The horn does (I understand they use the same fuse or something.)

Not necessarily, horn fuses are pretty heavy, about three times the hazard light fuse, but that may vary on vehicles. Check the fuses though. The fuse must be in the main fuse box. The position and function of the fuses is normally marked on the inside of the fuse box cover and also in the owner's handbook. If you don't come right with these, work your way through the fuses looking for a blown one. To ease your search the hazard light fuse should be around 10 to 15 amps. If that is not the problem, check the switch and the hazard light flasher unit.

The car horn on my 1997 Rav4 has stopped working. The fuse seems fine as the hazard lights work (the horn is on the same fuse). Any ideas on what else could be wrong or will I have fit a new horn?

there could be a horn relay bad, if your car is so equiped or the horn button could be bad. wiring could be bad or the horn itself. if you can jumper 12 volts from the battery to the horn, you can eliminate the horn.
