My info says that is the code for intake air temp sensor. Two wire connector, one wire is tan and the other is black. I don't know if replacing the sensor will fix, possibly?
P0113 is an Intake Air Temp High Input error. High input in this cause, means the voltage sent to the PCM from the sensor is too high. This makes sense since the higher the voltage the PCM seem the lower the intake temperature seems to be to the PCM. Colder temperatures will cause the PCM to increase the fuel to the engine (like the old style choke/fast idle). You need to check the wiring to the Intake Air Temp Sensor, and if it is OK, replace the sensor.

P1627 PCM/ECM A/D Conversion Error
This is a code indicating that the on-board computer could not convert a piece of data it was given by one or more sensors. This one must be taken in and read the freeze frame data to see under what condition it detected an error and tech has to chase this problem. they will want to put a PCM in it and reprogram. no good news for this problem except have the code cleared for now and hope it doesn't come back.
P0113 indicates the IAT Intake Temperature Sensor has a problem.
P0303 indicates a misfire on cylinder 3
I believe the IAT is built into the MAF sensor located in the air snorkle and helps regulate the air/fuel mixture. Also concentrate on cylinder 3 looking for problems such as injector, wiring, etc.
and the solution: The Intake air temp sensor is located inside the air flow meter and
uses yellow and black wire and the black wire. IAT sensor circuit code
P0113 indicating excessively high voltage or (Open Circuit) the ECM is
either not seeing the correct voltages at terminals 66 and 80 under the
dash at the ecm. It could be as simple as a broken wire under the
insulation right at the air flow meter, Or a little worse a bad air
flow meter. There are cheeper remanufactured Aair flow meters available
at Nissan for your car around $150 instead of $400 like they used to be
new.
