When i start my van it will not idie and run very rough , put new sparkplug & wire new coil can anyone help me
Remove the idle air control valve and clean with spray carb cleaner.

this vehicle has coil packs for the ignition correct? have you ran the engine at night with all surrounding lights outs so its really dark. spray a mist of water on the coil packs and spark plug wires to see if you have spark/voltage leaks jumping out from them. sometimes the tiny sparks will be so fine and skinny you can barely see them so it needs to be dark. hope this helps your trouble shooting. a coil pack could have such a fine crack for the voltage to leak from that you cant see it.

Hi check all the fuse. fi the fuse are ok . remove the coil pack and reverce if the cly missifire change replace the coil if not chage replace the electronic comtrol module ok.

carb or Fuel injected try cleaning either one of these bad distributor cap or rotor or distributor good luck

I had a similar problem and had to change the distributor pick up. Quite easy and parts were less than $30.00. It was for the B250 model, and the 318 engine....but I suspect there is a similar pickup in distributor for the bigger engine
