Scraping noise when off gas and clutch is out

I have a new ACT clutch and New lighweight flywheel, in higher rpms when you are off the gas it almost sounds like a fairly loud rattle/scraping. Best description would be a washer bouncing around in a can. But if you hit the clutch OR press the gas it immediatly goes away. about 1500miles on clutch/flywheel. It did this sound since it was installed but now its a little more frequent.

Either the throw out bearing has failed ot the clutch plate hub has failed
possibly from the clutch plate being installed incorrectly and the hub springs are hitting on the flywheel bolts

Vibration between 20-25 in 3rd gear and 28-32mph in 4th gear

did you replace the clutch plate as well as the clutch ? as not doing so it can be warped from the heat of old one burning out. also did you check the flywheel as any imperfections in the plate can cause clutch wobble.

I have a 1999 Mazda 626 5 speed and my rpms seem to always be high weather I'm driving n town, 4th gear 30 mph 2100 rpm, or on the highway 5th gear 70 mph and rpms at 3100. This I'm sure is killing my gas...

check clutch for slipping condition, mayb due to worn clutch disc or a oil contaminated disc or a weak pressure plate not locking disc to flywheel therefore giving u a slipping condition and higher than normal rpms

Clutch wont work pedal goes to floor and hear ratcheting sound

cluth plate and pressure plate bad,,,noise is more than likely loose clutch material scraping some part,,,how long since new parts installed?? not real expensieve,,but moderate amount of money., if you do it yourself. some have inspection plate you can see a little around flywheel housing,,to possibley survey damage. wipe finger in there and see how much material you get,,a lot,,,replace clutch and pressure plate

Rpms are staying high when i change to a higher gear

it sounds as if your clutch is slipping. will require a clutch disc replacement, and the flywheel machined. good luck!

Scraping nosie evertime i hit accelerator

Get hold of the shop that did the clutch a.s.a.p. It may be flywheel hitting on something, or may only be shield installed improperly or something similar. Don't drive it anymore than you have to & go easy on throttle until they look at it.

Vibration When Accelerating

Did you machine the flywheel? Because if you replace the clutch without machining the flywheel. The flywheel will have high and low spots on it. The new clutch is perfectly flat, and the old clutch was worn into the flywheel. Thus, vibration! I sincerely hope that I helped. Best wishes to ya.
