Bank 2 sensor 1 is bad, where is it located on my 05 accord v6 coupe?

that is not the OEM makers statement on P0401.
truth is this. V6 engine? 3.3L and 3.5L???????
o2 sensor circuit no activity detected bank 1 sensor 2)
means the right rear 02 sensor reads dead.

right bank down stream 02 is dead.

and has zero to to with rich or lean, it is the rear sensor 2.
the rear sensors are only to this bank1 CAT for good quality.
not told at all , what engine is there. v6 sure,3.3 or 3.5L
nor how the engine runs and car drives. ?
or if this is ONLY a smog question and check engine lamp glows?
causes of 401 are
wires to right rear 02 cut burned or damaged , loose or fell off 02.
bad o2 B1,S2 rear of cat bad
bad CAT bank1,
exhaust cracks in CAT sucking air and making any 02 sensor to read dead, near it.
this post ASSUMES , no other DTC errors stored or live running,
assumes scanned LTFT PID reads correctly and no B1S1 02 errors.(front sensor)
bank 1 or B1 is right front engine bank. (drivers view)
facing engine is left bank. (workers viewed)
ASSSMEs car is driven plenty not just parked in an old barn.

causes (v6 cops)
1: spark plug bad #2
2: spark coil bad, COP 2 dead? or weak or boot bad.
3: oil flooded inside the spark plug well, shorting all above out.
4: injector bad #2 (omg PCM, nah) swap 2 top find it;
5: compression fails #2
only 1 code told so answer is 100% based on 1 code only 302
6: rare bad cam lobe.
7: rare cracks in head , antifreeze leaks to #2 combustion chamber.
8: oil leaks to #2 via all classic ways.

P0138....O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2)Sorry not familar with this vehicle so i wouldnt know what side this is ,, Now be careful if fitting universal ones and there are different types ,Check you have 12 volt to the heater circuit , this circuit is normally the two wires the same colour ,could be white or black or a gray colour ,, you should read battery voltage with ignition on ,then a coninuety test across the sensor , sounds like the heater circuit not operating causing the fluctuating voltage but it could be actual reading of the sensor as well ,Just fit a new one end of story providing you can get it out and its not corroded in ,, if it is then its a new cataylitic converter .. unless your good at welding and fitting a new scre thread piece into it ,, Glad iam retired now ,,

Bank 1 is the side that your #1 cylinder is on and Sensor 2 is the down stream sensor. If I remember correctly, your car only has 3 sensors, so it is the one after the catalytic converter. If you do have 4, it is the one after the bank #1 cat.

Bank 1 is at the back of the engine compartment next to the firewall. You'll need to know if you need to change (bank 1 sensor 1), or (bank1 sensor2). Sensor 1 is located in the exhaust system between the rear cylinder head and the catalytic converter. Sensor 2 is after the cat in the exhaust system after the cat.

v-6 has two O2 sensors, one located in the exhaust manifold and the other near the catalytic converter
