As in most of such cases the problem is relay, that causes the problem. In the fuse box swap the blower relay with other relay and see if blower turns off after car is off.If yes then relay is the issue.

Normally I would say it is a stuck relay, but on Cadillac cars they also use a control module to control everything.
I would look at the relay first.

2003 GMC Envoy main blower fan runs constantly

Does the fan stay on even with the ignition key off? Do you have automatic heating and air conditioning controls? Automatic controls have a light up blue screen in the middle of the temperature controls, and there will be a button that says "Auto". If you do have automatic controls, the likely culprit of your fan staying on constantly is what is called the blower control processor. The blower control processor is a small computer that replaces the blower resistor commonly found in cars. When the blower control processor fails, it usually "sticks" on. It's not a cheap part, but is easy enough to replace if you're handy with basic hand tools and comfortable unplugging electrical connectors under the glove compartment area.

Air conditioning blower stays on at all times.

Per your description, I believe you may have a blower fan relay that is stuck closed.
Remove the relay from the under-hood fuse center and see if the fan stops.
If it does stop, put the relay in slowly and see if you here the relay "click" and the fan come back on.
Let me know.

The air conditioning, the blower fan everything stopped working, on 2002 Nissan Sentra. Does anyone have any suggestions?

One suggestion. Have you checked the fuses ?

I would check the AC or blower fuse to start with. If you have the drivers manual it will show you where the fuse box is. Typically there are at least two boxes to check. One in the Engine compartment and one in the passenger cabin.

Look inside the lid of the fuse box to see which fuse may apply to the AC circuits or the blower and check to see if they are blow. the metal link between the two posts that plug in. If the link is missing you need to replace the fuse with one of the same rating. Make sure you know where you took the fuse out from and put it back in the same slot if its good. Check all the main fuses if possible to see if any have blown and replace if they have.
