The engine keeps stalling right after you start it. I put a fuel pump in it after seeing a slight pressure drop and its still stalling out. After it stalls I can turn the key and it will start right back up. I have no lights on and I cant view sync data between cam and crank as it wont run long enough. Any ideas?

So, it will start right up with no issues after it stalls? Could be a few things. You may have faulty O2 sensors causing the fuel trim to cause problems, it could be a bad/dirty MAF sensor that just needs a cleaning, or you may have an Idle Air control valve that isn't functioning properly. Some of these things you can do yourself, but you'll need a scanner that can see live data to look at the others.
Try taking the relay out and putting it back in. If that does not work, you should try to replace the relay. this has happen to my wife's car before. on 04 kia rio
I am currently having the same problem with my 2007 Kia Rio SX. I have to leave my car on at the pump to even be able to drive it away with minimal problems; it still sputters and will rev the engine very high until I turn my car off and let it sit for about an hour. I took it to Advanced Auto the diagnostic machine gave the code P0496. This apparently has something to do with a Vapor Canister Purge Valve, which prevents vacuum from entering the fuel tank during normal purge operations. I know at Advanced they had one for $46, but I do not know how to replace one yet, or if I'll have to take it to a mechanic.
Check the fuel pump and all fuel related items, and check the coil pack. Check fuse's for same.
Remember, NO air, or NO fuel, or NO spark equals NO run.
Did you change the gas line filter ?
Are you sure theres power to new fuel pump ?
Does the fuel pump make a small humming noise when you turn the key to the start possition ?
Is the fuel pressure regulator working ?
Are you positive its the fuel pump? Have you tried running the pump with the return line off to see if it pumps fuel? They don't always have to make a noise.
First of all does this happen when the engine is cold? If so, check your injectors. They may be clogged. If it happens, are you able to start it back right away and it keep running? Do you or can you keep it running at a stop light/ If this is the case you may either have a clogged fuel filter and /or fuel line.
