My car starts and then sputters and die

Clean your MAF sensor and throttle body. If it's dirty it will send wrong voltage to ECU, running either too lean or too rich, most likely too rich and flooded the fuel injectors.

check crankshaft sensor.

i would look into the idle air controll valve it controlls the idle on your car and since it starts a shuts off does it idle a little low when you start it then just stall out and shut off

Does it start right back up after it dies or do you have to wait. If you have to wait for a bit then it starts back up could be a fuel pump. It is very possible that if the fuel pump shuts off you lose pressure and the vehicle will just die, it won't sputter like many think. It's not like it is starving for fuel at that time, it just quits working. I know it is hard to diagnose but I have seen a Lincoln Town Car with similar issue and it was the fuel pump. That pump unfortunately is in the fuel tank. If this helps please give me thumbs up. Good luck.

you may have egr trouble or egr selenoid ......... look the car only open the egr after 2000 rpm then if the selenoid stuck open the car dies and dont start until the selenoid cooldown and start again

Not sure if you have one fitted but if it runs while the key is in the start position but dies when you let it back to the ignition position it could be an open circuit ballast resistor. Can you smell unburnt fuel? What voltage is the battery at?
Not sure why the warning lights would blink.

I think that you need to be more specific when you say that you have changed everything... Because i'm sure that there is MUCH more that has to do with this problem then you may think.... Has the fuel pump fuel pump float pressure regulator and filter been changed out. Also has the crank sensor been changed out. What you the cam sensor?

May be the fuel pump, experienced similar problems in 1995 Intrepid. When the pump warmed up, it would start to loose pressure and car would sputter and die, but would start back up. If it started it would usually begin sputtering again and eventually die.

The fuel pump relay needs to be replaced. it is behind the battery and the fire wall.
