How to bypass air conditioning compressor on 2002 ford taurus?

You would need to replace the compressor with an A/C illiminator bracket/pulley, you cannot just put a shorter belt as it would still make contact with the a/c pulley, at least on a 3.0L OHV version.

Gently rock the connector back and forth working the catch, (from the male connector) out of the slots, (of the female connector) of the female jacket, on both sides. It can be a little tricky the first couple times you try this, but you will get it... Good Luck.

Pajero / Delica - How to take apart "female" or

A flathead screwdriver should be able to pry apart the female end of the latch. Sometimes the female end is glued together, or similar. In order to prevent damage to the connector, I would recommend you try using some tweezers or similar to pull the debris out. A bent coat hanger, thick piece of wiring, or similar may work as well.

The seatbelt sometimes gets stuck and won't release. My kids try to buckle and sometimes it works and other times it doesn't.

Spray a little of WD-40 into the female end of the belt assembly. Wrap it in a clean cloth to prevent over spray, and try working the male end into the female connector. You may have to do this several times to achieve a positive result. Otherwise you may have to replace the entire seat belt assembly.

Seat belts receivers are taped over

First step is to remove the tape, no way to know the process of a mad man better then to dive into his world. Just make sure no one is sitting in them when you try to connect the male to the female end, perhaps they got stuck which could be a reason they were taped over. Start with that and report back.
