1999 Honda Civic EX fault codes 1366 and 1399

I have a 1999 honda civic with 74300 miles on it. Check engine light came on had error code read it was 1366. Had code rest. 4 days later check engine light came back on took car to different shop ran the diagnostic on it found error codes 1366 and 1399. I have found the problem with code 1366 the alternator belt cut throw the crankshaft position sensor wire causing that fault. With that being said would that cause the addtional fault of the 1399?

    I have changed plugs and coils still misfires

This code is not documented so the code reader is giving a false reading.
If the car runs OK and check engine light is not on, I would forget about it.

You could try disconnecting the battery. Some auto part stores rent or let you borrow code readers. Walmart sells cheap code readers too.

I don't believe there is a different way, Im sure you know that autozone offers free diagnostic with there store use obd2 device.
