Sounds like your starter cylinoid is sticking needs to be taken off and tested and maybe rebuilt or replaced

SOURCE: long crank time before starts

Thoroughly clean interior of throttle body especially area where butterfly flap seats and all drillings, use aerosol carb cleaner, check air filter and spark plugs (platinum type only!). Then set idle with a consult unit or similar, engine management must be in service mode to set idle properly.
Also test coolant temp sensor it may be open circuit. If you don't know how to do this ask me.
Forget about earth if starter turns engine over at normal speed.

SOURCE: 2001 nissan maxima gle crank no start code p1320...please help

Primary ignition fault. Reasons: Bad distributor cap (most likely) or ignition control module/ignition coil.
Hope that helps

SOURCE: 300ZX wont start, or crank for nothing

The car seems to have functioning parts but it is probably a wiring issue - have you done a heater core replacement or anything under the dash/hood in a while (other than "tapping on the starter" <-- which you shouldnt do by the way)

what year is it??

if it is a 1990 the car has a plug undone under the driver side steering column on the "security" and "ignition" wiring circuit - read your FSM (factory service manual) and diagnose the problem. it is definately a short somewhere!

Trying to find out how to check fuel relay in 2007 nissan versa

Had this problem last summer: car wouldn't start, though turned over, so I bought new battery. The problem turned out to be the fuel pressure regulator, which sits atop the fuel pump beneath your back seat. For a full (if bloody and funny) repair documentary, see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0FaJlkQlkTg.

When you turn the key to start & the motor turns
or turns over that is the same thing as the crankshaft
turning you call won't crank

So you need to say my engine turns over but it will
not start

You need to check for fuel pressure & spark

Most likely you will need the help of a repair shop

How do you replace a brake switch for a 2007 nissa versa

They are normally near the top of the brake pedal. Probably held in place with several screws or bolts.

Nissan versa gas treatment

I agree with Gary, it's not likely the regulator. More than likely it is the check valve in the fuel pump that doesn't hold the pressure after the car is shut off. Adding a treatment won't do anything but drain your wallet.
