When you first start and drive the car runs fine. As the car warms up it has trouble accelerating, acts like it is running on partial cylinders, you can feather the throttle and it improves. I have replaced the cap/rotor, checked the plugs/wires, replaced the O2 sensor, cleaned the the IO valve...everything I do makes the car run a little better, but not fix the problem... Temp gauge is slow to come up, 162K miles

Try pounding on the gas tank with a rubber mallet or similar tool. (careful not to dent the tank) Try starting it. If it runs, replace the fuel pump (it's nfg). I've diagnosed numerous fuel pumps this way. Remember the pump needs to be replaced, if you drive it, you don't know when it'll fail for good. Hope this helps. Please post the results.

It may be the O2 sensor. I know it's not the fuel filter, spark plugs, spark plug wires, Vehicle Speed Sensor, Dis. cap, or TCM.
