Passenger head light went bad; replaced bulb but only high beam worked. Right after I replaced the passenger side bulb, driver side light went out too. Passenger high beam worked for a little now completely dead, high beam/ low beam doesn't work. Do i have a bad bulb or electrical problem?
Do i have a bad bulb or electrical problem?????? We have no way of knowing what's wrong without testing ! Finding an viewing wiring diagrams for the headlamp electrical circuit's an testing with a DVOM - digital volt ohmmeter is the way professional automotive technician's diagnose , we don't guess we test . Your best bet , take your vehicle to a qualified repair shop before you make more problems for yourself . It takes year's to learn automotive electrical system testing .
Odds are you have a connection problem. Stop & buy a tube of dielectric compound from an auto parts store. Apply it to the electrical connection at the lamp after you make sure there is no corrosion present.

You have to reach down behind the lamp assembly and twist the back of the bulb out. It is a little tricky to reinstall. Be sure not to touch the bulb on the new lamp. The oil from your skin makes the bulb burn out prematurely.

Change the HDM fuse #53(15amp). That supplies the relay that controls both low beams. If that dowsn't work, swap the #46 relay with #45 as a test. #45 is the cooling fan relay, so be sure to put it back. If swapping the relays worked, yo need a new #46 HDM Relay.

Sounds like a gound problem to me. Check you headlamp grounds. The ground circuits for your headlamps actually go through the underhood fuse block, then to the headlamp switch, then through Splice Pack #SP203 (Located under the left side of the dash it is bolted to the left "A" pillar) , then to ground #G200. (Which is actually the bolt that is holding the splice pack.) I have seen corrosion in the splice packs several times. You may want to disassemble it and clean the terminals. A LIGHT coat of dielectric grease usually works pretty good to prevent it from doing it again.
