I CHECKED THE LEADS GOING TO THE ACTUATOR ON THE FRONT AXEL AND I'M NOT GETTING ANYTHING, IM PRETTY SURE I'M SUPPOSE TO GET 12 VOLTS BUT WHEN I TRIED TO LOOK IT UP IN MY CHILTON IT DIDN'T HELP. I HAVE NO PROBLEM REPLACING THE ACTUATOR BECAUSE I KNOW THEY GO BAD BUT I'M THINKING THE PROBLEM IS BEFORE THAT. I CHECKED THE FUSE AND ITS GOOD AND HAD POWER, I ALSO CHECK THE CONNECTIONS ON THE TRANS AND TRASFER CASE AND THEY WERE GOOD. IF I COULD GET SOME IDEAS ON WHAT ELSE TO CHECK IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Sorry to tell you, the transfer case shift fork is going bad. Fix it ASA, or it will cost you another few hundred dollars for a planetary gear.

check all wire conections also replace the actuator on the front axle but check for power there first if you have power replace that switch as well .
