Front and rear windshield washer fluid not working. Back wiper does not make full cycle when turned on and then off. Is there a fuse for this? My cigarette lighter is not functioning and wondered if the two were on the same fuse? Have looked in my book not finding information I need, please help. Thank you.

the same reservoir is used for both ...it uses separate pump motors.....if the wipers are working the fuse for the washer pump is good...check the power and ground for the pump...

You have a motor for the front and rear washer. Check the fuses. If the intermitted wipers does not work, there is a relay under the dash near the steering colum that needs to be replaced.

I had a similar problem with my 2000 Jeep TJ and I found the problem in the wiring harness under the hood.several wires were corroded and almost burnt off.If you remove the black tape which keeps the harness bundled together and if you see evidence of "green" type powder or "gook" it's most likely where the wires have faulted.

my 2004 expedition had same problem, if you take apart the shaft that goes thru the glass it will be full of dirt, clean ,lubricate and reinstall, you may have to replace the O-ring on the shaft. a 20 minute job, very easy fix

Rear washer may have it's own reservoir . Can you hear a pump humming when you activate the washer? Look in the under flooor compartment
