Check horn relay.when you say replace did you replace horn control with airbag in steering wheel or did you replace horn.if you replace horn and fuse and relay okay problem is in the horn pad with airbag in steering wheel you have you replace it before horn will work again.

I have a 1998 chrysler concorde. The airbag light on the dash stays on and my horn doesnt work. How do i fix this without costing me tons of money?

Could be a wiring problem or the clockspring in the steering column.
You would need to pull the steering wheel and test the circuits.

Drivers airbag removal / horn switch removal 1998 dodge neon

I have a 98 dodge neon and the horn was stuck on all the time. I could not find anyone who could tell me how to remove the cover on the airbag so I could get to the horn touchpad. this is what i did.
first unhook the battery.
remove the 2 screws on the cruise control buttons on each side of the steering wheel.
remove the bolt(s) from both sides of the airbag bracket
unplug the horn wire
unplug the airbag wire CAREFULLY (it's the one in the center).( I left this hooked up)
I did not need to completely remove the air bag from my car, because my horn was stuck on and I just needed to remove the cover.
after I removed the airbag assembly I removed all the screws holding the cover on I removed the inner touch pad so I could fix it.
I reversed the steps to put it back together.. the horn works as it should.

Is the horn on a 2005 dodge neon connected to the air bag

no they are 2 separate systems even though the air bag is in the horn pad the contacts for the horn are separate from the air bad itself. if you have to replace the horn pad because of a problem you will have to disconnect the air bad circuit by unplugging the yellow plug connector under the dash by the steering colume and let sit for 20 minutes for the back up power to de-energize. most horn problems are the horn itself.

I have a 2000 ford escort coupe and the horn stopped working. I checked the fuse and it is blown. Put in a new fuse, the horn just makes a low screeching noise constant. There is an alarm on the car, but...

2000 dodge neon keeps blowing #10 fuse 15 amp usually after engine is hot and when im turning right it blows! now as soon as i turn the key fuse blows immediately!

You may have to replace your "clock spring" in your steering wheel, this works the horn and cruise control and air bag.....Thats the only thing i can think of...when you turn your wheel....michael_cass_73.jpg

I have a dodge stratus 2003 and the airbag light is on and the horn is not working.what is the fix?

The first thing to check would be the fuses, if all the fuses are good then i would take a look at the clockspring, the clock spring is located inside the steering column and its job is to hold the connections from air bag and horn and other steering components, its like a lot of wires in a tape measure, the wires pull in and out as the wheel is truned, this sounds like this is the problem , heres a picture to help explain it, hope this helps. sorry the plug with arrow is wrong picture, its the colr one thats the right one..johnjohn2_5.pngjohnjohn2_78.jpg

There is no horn on my 1996 Dodge Neon, if there is it does not work and I can not locate it anywhere. Where is the horn located and how can I fix it?

the Relay Horn may be bad. the horn is located behind the drivers side headlight underneath the windsheild washer resevoir. You get to it by removing the plasic shield inside the fender around the tire. for 96 dodge neon.

My horn suddenly stopped working on my 08 doge caliber

start by checking the fuse, then by apply current direct to horn. If fuse is good and horn works by applying current directly to it, let's hope your horn switch hasn't failed. I think it's part of the drivers side air bag, but maybe it's separate and can be tested as well.

Air bag light stays on & horn does not work

replace the clock-spring ribbon contact under the steering wheel, that is the problem, u have lost the connection due to a broken ribbon contact.
