The recling lever on the driver seat broke off and my seat is all the way back. how do i get my seat to sitting up at least til i can find another lever?

The second row is folded by first pulling up the rear of the seat cushion and folding up 'til it's behind the back of the front seat. Then the back of the seat folds down where the seat cushion was.
The third row seats have several levers that are numbered in the sequence they are to be operated. First fold the seat back down on to the cushion and then flip the whole seat up 'til it's vertical and latched.
This is described in the Owner's manual if you can find one.
move your entire seat up ad see if there is something underneath that is not allowing the second slide (on the inside bottom of the seat) to release its teeth. You may find while looking underneath that the spring connector to the inner rail has come loose. if it has reconnect it. it usually connects to a triangular metal piece with a small hole in the end of it.
