Yes it is slipping due to a likely warped ait temperature control blend door. The noise is caused by the tiny motor drive gear drive jumping teeth because it can't move the door.

Check: 1. EGR Valve 2. Turbo Do you have a lot of smoke? If yes, what colour? - bueish, white or black (very important to find out the problem).

Hello! Is it an electric like buzzing not too loud, or more strong? I had a problem with the vacuum pump which is located on the left side, a little bit right, below the water coolant expansion tank, it is white and has the size of about 5 cm in length and about 2-3 cm diameter, if you pull down both little black rubber harnesses and it stops, then it was a vacuum pump. Made a quite loud buzzing sound in my car after I stopped the engine. I'd give it a try, only 10 seconds to do the work. If this is the problem you can get one free from a wreck or buy a used one, the don't really go bad too often, I would not buy a new one. But also read the other solutions as this was only my case.

According to me it's just the fuse. Open the hood and search for the fuses on the right, they are in a plastic box. Now if you have opened it on the inner side oft the box there is a little drawing which is the wiper fuse. Try to change it even if you don't see it burned out. Hope this is the problem.

Might be going super simple here but from what you have said have you checked the wiring on your sensors? If you know that one works and you swap it and its not working its very possible the wires farther up are shorted or burned somewhere.

THIS HAS GOT TO BE A KIA ISSUE!!! I've only had my kia a year and 4 months and have had to change both headlights TWICe possibly one side three times!!! AND every time the DEALER changes them NOT me soo its not like I am touching the bulb!!! I can't flipping get to the damn lights or I would change it on my own cause it cost me 35 bucks each time!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm FED up with changing these bulbs EVERY several months. Anyone have any suggestions on who we can connect about this....it MUSt be a kia issue!!! There is NO WAY this should be happening!!!
