One cylinder isnt getting any fuel. Can the affect the performance of the car?

What do you think about that, you loose 1/4 of the engine power at least, plus you can ruin other parts in the engine.

I have no spark in my 1987 honda accord i have

I would check the crank sensor located on the bell housing. This senses that the engine is turning and allows a spark to be produced. No sensor no spark.

I was driving my 87 honda down the road was shifting fine clutch was working fine went to shift and all of the sudden the clutch just quit working. i replaced the cable and clutch still wont engage

It seems you have a throw out bearing at fault, got to dis connect the transmission for that one

You have not done the most basic test to see what is going on, that is to scan the engine control computer (ECM) for fault codes.

How do i time my car with out a timing gun

A "timing gun" is used for setting the distributor/ignition timing when the engine is running. If you are trying to replace a cam timining belt, the timing mark for the crankshaft is on the REAR of the engine on the flywheel and the transmission housing. The cam timing marks are on the camshaft sprocket and you align them with the valve cover mating surface on the cylinder head./
