CHOKE CONTROL VALVE 1987 HONDA ACCORD LX
If efi it will be controlled by the cpu settings. If carby it may be either electric element heating a bimetalic spring or heat from the maniflod. Eother way the adjustment will be by loosing off the screws that hold the cap in place and turning the cap slightly to increase spring tension or release spring tension. The direction is imprinted in the cap with arrows.
Right head light is burning the fuse
The usual way would be with headlights off to check the two wires going (usual number) to that lamp unit, look to see compared to other lamp if the wires on both read the same resistance to ground---the motor for example.If its blowing a fuse when turned on you have a short either across the wires or from a hot one to the chassis or metal of the body.Short to the body or frame or across the wires going to the bad lamp side. all you should need is a volt/ohm meter.--could easily be a wire for the light touching the metal frame or body of the car.

No signal lights
have you located and tested the flasher are your 4-ways working I would look at these first then check the bulbs as well as the grounds
1987 accord stuck in park
Sounds like the linkage is jammed follow the cable to the transmission look to see if anything is stopping the linkage or if the linkage is damaged check your brake lite switch this controls the shift solenoid this may not be releasing to allow you to shift when pressing on the brake
Lx 4 cyl carbuerated
Could be a vapor-lock problem where the gas in the carb is boiling out.You could try carb cleaner sprayed into the air cleaner to verify.Could also be the fuel pump relay if equipped.
Idles fast problem
That would be your engine "choke" functioning. It's not a problem. The choke engages when engine is cold and shoots extra fuel to the cylinders to idle the engine up especially in cold with. Once the engine has sufficiently warmed up, the engine will idle back down.
