what does getting mean? which engine, 4Liter or 5.2 or what? spark at all cylinders is getting and timed right? runs on test fuel so sparks good, that means fuel is bad or flooding or too little fuel. code 12 cranking for 5 seconds, means sensors are ok. why replace parts that make spark when sparks good, it run on test fuel, why worry spark.? and not just fueling.? now lets do fuel, step one is fuel pressure, not squirt tests.or dribble test. a real tool called,a fuel pressure gauge that works, and nothing else, (unless rail is dry and now we know its not) if all spark plug tips are dry, are they? then its not injecting, (the ECU can cut injection for 2 reasons) ask or there is no real pressure. so we open the FSM and read page FUELING 49psi is idle pressure, (more cranking with so little vacuum) the tests are all there, http://www.jeep4x4center.com/knowledge-base/index.htm?utm_source=cj#service

If the crank sensor solved the problem before it may have gone bad already , I would start with that. Fuel pressure on a 95 grand needs to be 37 to 41 psi. Check to make sure you have adequate pressure . You may also want to test your Idle air control valve and Throttle position sensor to insure proper operation.

you can check the fuse, but if you hear the mechanism working when you turn on the radio and the antena does not go up, then you will have ot pull the antenna and replace the plastic gear strip that runs the antenna up and down. I would recommend that you get a haynes or chiltons manuel for your vehicle simply because you are apparntly going to be doing some work yourself. I purchased one for my son on ebay for just a few dollars.

You can jump the fuel pump at the relay but it is better to find the Purple wire with the white stripe that runs to the driver's door and expose part of the wire and run a ground wire to it. That will cancel out the Security system. Also you may have to lock and unlock the tailgate twice in quick succession with a key from outside.

Replace the vent motor. Most likely vacuum. make sure the vacuum tube isn't broken.

Could be a failing fuel pump, among many other things. Bad gas cap can do this because vent is not working correctly or seal is bad, bad fuel pressure regulator, bad ignition module beginning to fail or coil also possible. If possible, hook up fuel pressure tester so you can read it while driving and see if fuel pressure changes when failing.

Yes , take it to a dealer to have it programmed.

I suspect the crankshaft position sensor, giving the info you provided.

Jump start and stop by any good parts store like Autozone, Advance, etc... have them do 2 FREE tests. First test your charging system, the other, have them "load test" your battery. You'll find the cause.

Always use 50/50 antifreeze, unless u live in an area where temperatures drop below the stated protection zone. As for the heat, low coolant will cause no heat, as well as a possible vacuum leak that will not allow the diverter door inside ur dash to open. If it's not something simple as adding coolant, I reccommend taking it to a service center you trust. It can be quite trying to figure out all the different possibilities.

Emission testing uses the OBDII service port, there would have been DTC codes store. You need those codes. Automotive part stores will check for stored code for free.

Never add just water, you can use 50/50 ,or mix 1 gallon regular antifreeze with a gallon of distilled water to get 2 gals of 50/50.

Pull your horn fuse for the time being. The answer is replacing the PCM with one that didn't have security installed. Disconnect the battery when pulling the PCM! It should be located just behind you coolant reservoir tank on the firewall. Do not buy a PCM from Auto Zone.
