Misses and sputters at certain throttle position
This sounds like the same problem I had with my 87 Jeep 2 door Cherokee Sport.Thought I had to replace the Fuel pump yet when I went under and pulled it out of the side of the tank I found that one of it's vacuum or return line had fallen/poped off. After I pushed the rubber tube line back on it's metal tube and pushed and remounted the pump back in the tank. Started up and it never ran better at any speed. Yea!!!!!

Pull the fuses and check the socket for power on the things that don't work. If there is no power at the fuse box there is a good change the stater igintion switch is toast. it is located on top of the steering colunm under the dash.usally less then 20 bucks All that you mentioned get power from this switch that goes to the fuse panel when you turn the key on

first thing you should do is get the code for what the vehicle say's is wrong..you can get a general diagnostic code by first locating the check engine light then put your key in the ignition (do not start the vehicle) now turn the key to the on position four times on the last turn leave the key in the on position and start counting how many times the check engine light blinks there will generaly be a two or three part code so there will be a slight pause in the blinking when this ocurse start the count over agian and so on..i suggest that you repeat this proces several time so that you know that you've got the correct code..then go online and find a jeep website or chrysler website that has a display of the codes and compair yours to that list to find what the diagnoses is...note sometimes the diagnosis is fairly vague..you may also try just replacing all of you fuel relay switches and the auto shutoff relay switch...also could just be a cloged fuel filter..but try the code first otherwise all your doing is fishing for the problem and using your money as the bait...
