Where is the shift lock release located for my 2001 Chevy Cavalier?

There is one behind the brake pedal under the dash and the one on the shifter. Both have be engaged before it will let the shifter unlock. Basically like any car you have to have your foot on the brake like your stopping which operates the pedal brake release the other as stated on the shifter.

Head lights go dim when hit brake or tune on heter fan.

Sounds like the battery is going bad, or the alternator is not charging the battery. Take it to the closest auto parts store- they can check the battery and charging and let you know what the problem is- usually for free.

I started my car and it is missing and smells like rotten eggs and burning, what is doing this?

Did you add anything to the car. Amp/stereo ? anything? If not then you have a ground or hot/positive problem (check round points and hot wire points). If you added something, you cut into the wrong wire for power.

What does the car do when the timing belt goes out

The 2001 Cavalier does not have a timing belt....it has a chain. That being said, the tensioner for the timing chain is a common failure item. If the tensioner fails while the car is at speed, the timing chain will jump across the crankshaft teeth, putting the crankshaft and camshaft out of synchronization. This will cause the car to immediately shutdown, the pistons in the engine will come up and hit and bend the valves, resulting in internal damage to the engine.

Getting fuel in oil no sign of oil in coolant

Could be a leaking fuel injector. This would cause the problem because every time you shut the engine off the residual fuel pressure would cause the injector to leak into its cylinder. This fuel will leak down past the piston rings into the crankcase.
